SG+I is partnering with Senator Michael O. Moore to support a State House roundtable focused on AI ethics, trust, and responsible innovation.

 

The discussion brings together voices from government, education, industry, and civil society to explore how ethical principles can guide the Commonwealth’s approach to AI, ensuring innovation remains both competitive and grounded in public trust.

 

This convening builds on ongoing work across Massachusetts, including collaboration with higher education institutions, public-sector leaders, and initiatives. 

 

This roundtable is part of Human Edge™, SG+I’s interdisciplinary education initiative focused on responsible AI, public-interest dialogue, and cross-sector learning.

AI & Tech Careers Panel - Museum of Science

Careers of Tomorrow Series | December 6, 2025

​

Shauna Conway joined leaders from industry and education at the Museum of Science for a public panel exploring careers in AI and technology as part of the Museum’s Careers of Tomorrow series.

 

The conversation focused on career pathways, interdisciplinary skills, and how students and early-career professionals can navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Drawing on her experience as a former CIO and CISO and her current work through SG+I and the Human Edge™ initiative, Conway emphasized that innovation succeeds when technology, communication, and people are aligned — and that human skills such as curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking are becoming more important, not less.

 

The event reflects SG+I’s ongoing commitment to public education, community engagement, and helping individuals and organizations approach AI with confidence, responsibility, and imagination.
